Kofo Badejo & Company was founded in 1988 and commenced business in 2018 as the private practice of Kofoworola Badejo, LLB (Hons), BL — a legal practitioner called to the Nigerian Bar in 1986. The chambers combine the rigour of in-house corporate practice with the responsiveness of a boutique firm.
Clients are advised directly by the Managing Partner, whose experience spans fourteen years as Legal Adviser and Manager of Secretarial Services at West African Portland Cement Plc (Lafarge), a decade as Executive Director and Company Secretary in the services sector, and years in private practice on Broad Street, Lagos.
